After a call for clarification on an item, everything was handled smoothly. I made my order online at about 8:30 in the morning, and it arrived the very next day around 10:00. That’s some speedy service from Antrim to Yorkshire! Kudos to the team. Fantastic service all around 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The delivery of my fly box is now 3 weeks behind schedule, and I've been informed it’ll take another 3 weeks at least. They really ought to stop selling items they don’t actually have in stock. This feels like false advertising.

It was quite a wait to find out that some of the items I ordered were unavailable. In the end, it took a whole month to receive my order, and that was only after agreeing to some substitutions. Their prices are decent, but only if you're okay with the delay. If you want your stuff fast and right, you might wanna look somewhere else.

I gotta say, the delay of several weeks for my little order of beads and hooks just ain't right. I usually order stuff in England and Scotland, and I often get them the very next day. This service just doesn't cut it.
